Terms and Conditions

By using the Premier Energy Foundation platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General Provisions

The fundatiapremierenergy.md platform is operated by Fundația Premier Energy SRL, IDNO 1022620010462, with its registered office at Str. Andrei Doga 4, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova — an organization dedicated to supporting vulnerable children. Contact: info@fundatiapremierenergy.md, +373 78 112 318.

2. Donations and Payment Methods

  • Donations are voluntary and are made in Moldovan lei (MDL).
  • Payment may be made by bank card (Visa, Mastercard) through the secure processor maib, or by bank transfer (BACS).
  • The minimum donation amount is 1 Moldovan leu (MDL).
  • 100% of the donated amount reaches the beneficiary; the Foundation's operating costs are covered separately by corporate sponsors.
  • Card details are processed exclusively by maib on a secure page — the Foundation does not store your card details.

3. Payment Confirmation

After completing the payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing the order number, amount, currency, date and description of the donation. You will also be redirected to a confirmation page with the transaction details.

4. Transfer of Funds to Beneficiaries

The donations collected are directed in full to the selected campaign and transferred to the beneficiary or used to cover the need described in the campaign (medical services, equipment, social support). The Foundation verifies each case and uses the funds within the limit of the amount available.

5. Refund Policy

As a general rule, donations are final and non-refundable. However, in the case of an erroneous, duplicate or unauthorized payment, you may request a refund by contacting info@fundatiapremierenergy.md within 14 days of the transaction date. The request will be reviewed, and the refund — if approved — is made to the same card used for payment, within up to 10 business days.

6. Requests for Help

  • Any family with a child in need may submit a request.
  • Each request requires a guarantor — a member of the community who confirms the situation.
  • The Foundation verifies all requests before publication.
  • The Foundation reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet the criteria.

7. Content

The photographs and stories published on the platform are used with the explicit consent of the family. The child's name may be anonymized upon request.

8. Protection of Personal Data

We process your personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova. Full details regarding the collection and use of data are available in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Foundation does not guarantee that the donation target will be reached for each campaign. The funds raised are used within the limit of the amount available.
