Code of Ethics
Fundația Premier Energy carries out its work in line with the following code of ethics:
1. Transparency
Every donation, expense and activity is documented and available for audit. We publish detailed annual reports.
2. Integrity
100% of donations go directly to the people we help. Operating costs are covered separately by the founders.
3. Dignity
We respect the dignity of every child and family we support. Photos and stories are published only with explicit consent.
4. Confidentiality
The personal data of the people we help and of our donors is protected in accordance with the law in force.
5. Non-discrimination
We support every child in need, regardless of ethnicity, religion or social status.
6. Verification
Each request is checked through our guarantee system. We never publish a campaign without confirmation.
7. Accountability
We take responsibility for using funds correctly and we report any irregularity.
8. Collaboration
We work in partnership with state institutions, international organisations and the local community.
