Donation Rules

1. How donations work

• Each campaign has a specific financial goal set according to the child's needs
• Donors choose the campaign and the amount they wish to give
• The minimum amount is 1 Moldovan leu (MDL)
• Donations are final and non-refundable

2. Payment methods

• Bank card (Maib): Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay
• Bank transfer (BACS): Maib Bank, Beneficiary: Fundatia Premier Energy

3. Use of funds

• 100% of the donated amount reaches the child beneficiary
• Funds are used solely for the purpose specified in the campaign
• The foundation's operating costs are covered separately

4. Funded campaign

When a campaign reaches 100% of its goal, the donation form closes automatically. The campaign is marked as “Funded” and moved to the “Success stories” section.

5. Unfunded campaign

If a campaign does not reach its goal within the set period (usually 60 days), the funds raised are used up to the amount available for the child.

6. Donation confirmation

After making a donation, donors receive a confirmation by email. For donations by bank transfer, the confirmation is sent after manual processing by our team.
