Fundația Premier Energy respects the confidentiality of your personal data and is committed to protecting the information you provide to us.
1. What data we collect
We collect the following types of personal data:
- Identification data: surname, first name, personal identification number (IDNP), address, telephone, email
- Child's data: surname, first name, date of birth, personal identification number (IDNP), photographs, birth certificate
- Guarantor's data: surname, first name, telephone, email, photographs, relationship to the child
- Donation data: surname, first name, email, amount donated, payment method
- Conversations with the virtual assistant (Moldova Bot): the content of the messages, the IP address and, if you provide them voluntarily, your name and email, in order to improve the service and respond to requests. This data is retained for a maximum of 12 months.
2. Purpose of processing
Personal data is processed exclusively for the purpose of:
- Assessing and approving requests for assistance
- Creating and publishing donation campaigns
- Processing donations and issuing confirmations
- Communicating with applicants, guarantors and donors
3. Sharing of data
We do not sell or share your data with third parties, with the exception of the payment processors (Maib) necessary for processing donations.
4. Storage of data
Data is stored securely on protected servers. Photographs and documents are stored in encrypted form.
